Join Lance Castle, winemaker and co-owner of Black Walnut Winery, and Gail Warner, chocolatier and owner of Bridge Street Chocolates, for an afternoon of wine and chocolate education—from vine to bottle and bean to bar—at Black Walnut Winery’s location in Sadsburyville! The course will take place on Sunday, June 2, from 2 to 4 p.m.
Lance will take attendees through the journey of winemaking; Gail will take them through the process of making chocolate. The class will end with a pairing of Bridge Street chocolates with Black Walnut wines that will accentuate both the chocolate and the wine.
