Looking for a spot for Easter Sunday brunch? Bordley House Grille is offering a delicious menu with sweet and savory items that everyone will enjoy. Brunch, which will be offered from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., features the following:
Eggs
Two Any Style, with choice of bacon or sausage and home fries
Eggs Benedict, with English muffin, Canadian bacon, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and home fries
Crab Benedict, with English muffin, spinach, crabmeat, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and home fries
Steak and Eggs—Grilled NY strip steak with eggs any style and home fries
Biscuits and Gravy
Creamed Dried Beef, served over buttermilk biscuits with a side of home fries
Country Sausage Gravy, served over buttermilk biscuits and a side of home fries
Omelettes
(All omelettes are served with home fries and choice of bacon or sausage)
Three Cheese, with American, Cheddar and Swiss cheese
Ham and Cheese
Bacon and Cheese
Veggie, with spinach, mushroom, asparagus and tomato with choice of cheese
Western, with ham, cheddar, bell peppers, and fried onions
Crab and Asparagus, served with choice of cheese
Grains
Oatmeal—Creamy oats served with apple crumb topping, served with choice of meat and side of home fries
Off the Griddle
Pancakes, served with choice of meat and home fries; short stack and full stack—add fresh berries and whipped cream for an additional fee
French Toast—Three pieces of Thick-Cut French Toast stuffed with apple filling, served with whipped cinnamon butter, choice of meat and home fries
