Thirty years is a long time in the restaurant industry, and those who make it that far have every cause to celebrate. Karen Boyd Rohde is one such person; the owner of Bredenbeck’s Bakery and Ice Cream Parlor, Karen started out in 1983 with a dream and is still going strong three decades later.

Bakery hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Friday & Saturday, 6:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.; and Sunday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. The Ice Cream Parlor is open Monday through Sunday from noon to 9 p.m.
