Normally available just for dinner, Carmine’s Creole will open its doors on Mother’s Day from noon to 3 p.m. with a three-course Brunch Menu that Mom is sure to love! Check out the delicious details:

Shrimp Creole Omelette Topped with Boursin Cheese and Cheddar Grits or Potatoes

Crispy Chicken and Waffles Topped with Smoked Bacon Gravy and Cheddar Grits or Potatoes

Scrambled Eggs and Buttered Poached Crabmeat Topped with Chipotle Aioli and Cheddar Grits or Potatoes
