After nearly two years of rocking an Italian vibe along the Manayunk dining scene, Chef Clark Gilbert has decided to close the doors at Gemelli and will re-open the restaurant shortly with a romantic, French feel.
The experienced culinary comrade, who the Town Dish’s Ken Alan chatted with back in 2011, has already deemed the new spot Bisou. Meaning a friendly kiss in French, this will explain why the ambience at Clark’s re-invented spot may have you feeling extra sensual and adventurous. We hope the dishes are also easy to fall in love with which is sure to be the case if chef Clark exemplifies his typical top notch kitchen skills.
