Did you know? Friday, May 10, is National Shrimp Day! In honor of this delicious day, Doc Magrogan’s Chef Karen Weinstein will be serving up four options during a 12-hour celebration to commemorate the occasion.
In addition to “Build Your Own Shrimp Cocktails” featuring $1 apiece jumbo shrimp, Doc’s will be featuring $5 Orange Sesame Shrimp, $5 Peel & Eat Old Bay Steamed Shrimp and $5 Buffalo Popcorn Shrimp dishes from noon to midnight. “We sell about 100 pounds of shrimp per week between both Doc Magrogan’s locations (in West Chester and Philadelphia),” said Weinstein. “We expect to cook about 100 pounds for National Shrimp Day alone. Everybody loves shrimp!”
