We were all impressed by the collaboration between Georges Perrier and Chef Al Paris of Heirloom. Now, the Chestnut Hill chef is inviting Philadelphia culinary legend Aliza Green to bring the flavors of Puglia to his popular dining spot on February 19th.
As a chef, journalist, and award winning cookbook author, Aliza Green will be the next chef featured in Chef Paris’ “Heirloom Culinary Collaboration” dinner series. Chef Paris and Green will present a 4-course menu featuring recipes from the cuisine of Puglia on Tuesday, February 19, for $75 plus tax and gratuity per person. Seatings are available at 5:30 and 6 p.m. and 8 and 8:30 p.m. After this delicious dinner, you may find yourself inquiring about Green’s weeklong culinary tour to Puglia, which is slated for October.
