Celebrate the 18th anniversary of Sly Fox Brewhouse & Eatery all weekend long on Friday, December 13, and Saturday, Dececember 14! The two-day-long party will feature 30+ beers on tap, hand-selected beer flights, anniversary food specials, an ugly sweater contest with great prizes and live music.
Head in on Friday for the debut of a brand-new brew, 18th Anniversary IPA. Sly Fox beers will be poured 23 at a time, and you can also enjoy flights of Sly Fox rarities and new releases. Live music with the Coal Town Rounders kicks off at 8 p.m. Be sure to don the most hideous garb you can find for the Ugly Sweater Contest, with grand prizes awarded 7:30 p.m. First prize snags a Jeroboam of Sly Fox and a $200 visa card; prizes also awarded for second and third place. The party continues on Saturday with Sly Fox brews and flights and live music with the Manatawny Creek Ramblers starting at 8 p.m.
Dine both nights on Sly Fox’s slate of 18th Anniversary Tapas, just $8 each or all 4 for $28:
- Pork with bourbon glaze & corn fritter
- Smoked brisket with burnt rosemary & oven roasted half potato
- Beer-battered catfish with Louisiana hot sauce
- Dry spice rubbed riblets and mashed potatoes
The list of beers being served for the weekend is impressive, with Saison Brune, Whitehorse Wit, Belgian Dubbel, Abbey Xtra, Oatmeal Stout, Valor and Dunkel Lager just a few we’re looking forward to imbibing.
