Visit Hipster Home on Saturday, June 15, for a cookbook signing and tasting event with syndicated food columnist Kathy Hunt. Kathy will be greeting guests, preparing summer seafood dishes and signing copies of her new book, Fish Market, from 2 to 5 p.m.
PA Eats’s Jim Breslin recently interviewed Kathy to find out all about her first-ever cookbook, which combines a knowledge of all things pescetarian and her love of cooking with delicious results. The book hit the shelves in late May and caters to both novice and more experienced chefs. (P.S. We think it would make the perfect gift for a Dad who loves flavors from the sea and fancies himself to be a chef!)
