Chef Al Paris of Chestnut Hill’s Heirloom and the world renowned Chef Georges Perrier teamed up for a collaborative dinner back in November. There were a select few who attended the event at Heirloom and experienced one of the most extraordinary dinners of their life.
However, there were a few high hopers who didn’t have a chance to attend. While those people might have missed the flavors, the ambience, the laughter and the down right delicious cuisine, there’s still a chance for them to take a look into the exciting event that unfolded that evening – only, it’s behind the scenes.
This film captures a rare glimpse of the retired legendary chef that set culinary standards in the Philadelphia dining scene for more than 30 years. It shows Perrier in a state that no average diner has seen before. He’s reminiscing, teaching, working and, yes, smoking!
