Dianne Pollick is the Chef Instructor for ShopRite’s Culinary Workshop Classes, which are held in West Chester and in ShopRite’s two Wilmington locations. In addition, she also provides personal chef services and private classes for special interest groups or a group of friends. These informative and fun classes are held at the store at a time other than the regularly scheduled classes and require a minimum of eight attendees. The experiences are so popular already that Dianne’s next class will include a popular Newark, DE food blogger and her friends, who are anxious to whip up blueberry crepes.
