Mica will be hosting a fabulous prix fixe three-course brunch and four-course dinner on Easter Sunday, March 31. Mica’s fresh and local ingredients, with a progressive American flair, will be on full display in both menus.
Brunch highlights include Smoked Salmon with Potato Pancake, Fried Egg and Sour Cream; Frittata with Frisee and Salt Roasted Beets; Brioche French Toast “Gratin” with Walnuts and Manjari Chocolate; Roasted Amish Chicken with Sour Cherries, Maitake Mushrooms, Wax Potato and Bacon; Key Lime Parfait with Strawberry, Elderflower, White Chocolate and Yogurt; and Manjari Chocolate “Ganache” with Raspberry, Sour Cream and Buckwheat.
Easter dinner will feature Hudson Valley Foie Gras Terrine with Rhubarb, Granola, Sicilian Pistachio and Brioche; Carnaroli Risotto with Smoked Onion, Black Truffle and Mascarpone; Pennsylvania Brook Trout with Cauliflower, Golden Raisins, Grapes and Banyuls; Glazed Short Rib with Sunchokes, Crones, Wild Rice and Black Trumpet Mushrooms; and Brioche Beignets with Salted Caramel, Cinnamon-Sugar and English Cream.
Cost for the three-course brunch is $35; four-course dinner, $45. A Children’s Menu will be offered for ages 10 and under for $12 per item.
