Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet Coming to Conshy’s Isabella

Mother’s Day is just around the corner! Have you made your brunch plans yet?

On Sunday, May 12, Isabella will be serving up a fabulous Mother’s Day brunch buffet feast. Choices include everything from Fresh Organic Fruit and Crème Brulee French Toast to Huevos Revueltos, Verlasso Salmon and a carving station that includes Grass Fed Beef Tenderloin and Local Cured Ham.

Brunch will be offered from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The cost is $30 per person, $10 for children 10 years old and younger (plus tax and gratuity). For reservations, call (484) 532-7470.

Smoked Salmon—house made smoked Verlasso salmon, with red onion, capers and tomato

Crème Brulee French Toast—thick cut challah bread, dipped in crème brulee batter and grilled until golden brown

Huevos Revueltos—Spanish style scrambled eggs with a touch of sweet cream, herbs and fresh tomatoes

Omelets made to order

Patatas Bravas—local fried potatoes seasoned with smoked paprika, sea salt and a touch of chili

Applewood smoked bacon

Local artisan sausage

La Isabella—mixed greens, blue cheese, marinated figs and toasted almonds tossed with a pedro ximenez vinaigrette

Spanish Caesar—romaine lettuce, caesar dressing, piquillo peppers and shaved grana padano

Heirloom Beets—roasted heirloom beets, citrus marinated fennel, organic greens, goat cheese and crispy shallots

Fingerling Potato Salad—slow roasted organic fingerling potatoes, with fresh herbs and piquillo peppers in a toasted shallot vinaigrette

Bomba Rice—slow cooked bomba rice with sweet onions and spices

Vegan Pasta—sautéed wild mushrooms, asparagus, fresh peas, piquillo peppers, artichokes, pine nuts and basil in a porcini jus tossed with gemelli pasta

Free Range Chicken—herb and garlic marinated roasted chicken thighs

Verlasso Salmon—roasted Verlasso salmon with a meyer lemon glaze

Carving Station—grass fed beef tenderloin and local cured ham with assorted sauces
