Epic by Cochon 555 is hitting Philadelphia on Sunday, July 28, giving you the chance to celebrate chefs, farmers and all things pork-related! The all-inclusive tasting event will be held at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
Part of a nationwide series of events and competitions for food-lovers and chefs, Epic’s goal is to educate and increase awareness about heritage breeds. This will be the first time the event has come to Philadelphia.
Twenty local chefs will go all out in preparing 1,500+ pounds of heritage pork, with tastings from Jose Garces and Michael Fiorello of Garces Restaurants, Jeff Michaud and Brad Spence of Vetri Restaurants and Michael Santoro and Michael Rafidi of The Mildred. Multi-restaurant team-ups will also be providing a taste to swine-loving event-goers.
Epic by Cochon guests can also enjoy butchering demos, artisan cheese and beer pairings, mezcal tastings, and samples from Anchor Brewing, Crispin Cider, Buffalo Trace and Eagle Rare bourbon.
Tickets, $135 per person for general admission and $200 per for VIP, include all you can eat and drink. Get your tickets online now!
