Rare Lithuanian Beer Tasting Slated to Unfold as Part of 37th Annual Philadelphia Museum of Art Contemporary Craft Show, Nov. 8

Celebrate craft beer on Friday, November 8, at the 37th Annual Philadelphia Museum of Art Contemporary Craft Show! Don Russell (aka Joe Sixpack), Executive Director of Philly Beer Week and Daily News columnist, has curated a collection of local and Lithuanian brews that cannot be found together anywhere in the city for a special hand-crafted beer tasting event. The Washington Post covered Don’s travels to Lithuania for this project here.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet brewers from Evil Genius, Neshaminy Creek Brewing and more; sample their beer; and learn some of the trade secrets that go into brewing these one-of-kind brews. The event will take place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, located at 12 and Arch streets in Philadelphia. Tickets, which can be purchased here, are $45.

This year’s Contemporary Craft Show includes 195 of the finest and most dynamic craft artists in the United States as well as 25 guest artists from Lithuania. The show runs from November 7 to 10 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Find out more here!
