Seventh Wonder has made huge progress since they last spoke to Phoenixville Dish. The crew is getting ready for the grand opening of the Community Garden on Sunday, April 7, from 1 to 4 p.m.—rain or shine!
The entire community is invited to join Seventh Wonder at the garden site, at 600 Franklin Street in Phoenixville, for the grand opening event. Bring a picnic lunch, a blanket and your furry four-legged friends and spend the afternoon with the group as they officially present the garden to the community. Light refreshments will be provided, in addition to informational materials about gardening, upcycling and the garden itself. Come with your gardening questions!
Members of local government will be on hand for a special ribbon-cutting ceremony. Seventh Wonder will also be collecting unwanted gardening equipment, so if you have tools that you no longer use and would like to donate, please bring them along!
