New Fall & Winter Menu
The cooler weather’s brought some fab new dishes to Bourbon Blue, including butternut squash risotto topped with blackened filet tips, grilled 12 oz. ribeye with a blue cheese compound butter over Idaho potato risotto & asparagus, Carolina baby back ribs with corn maque choux and sweet potatoes fries and more. But don’t fret: Menu staples like jambalaya, blackened tilapia, southern fried chicken and the super-popular cheesesteak eggrolls are still on the menu! Be sure to ask about gluten- and nut-free dishes as well.

Sign up for a Bourbon Blue Guest Rewards Card. You’ll get 50 points automatically! When you reach 500 points, you’ll receive a $50 Bourbon Blue gift card. Down Home Tuesdays
Every Tuesday, head to Bourbon Blue for a special deal on five Southern, down-home favorites: jambalaya, cornmeal encrusted catfish, southern fried chicken, baby back ribs and andouille meatloaf. All entrées on this menu are only $16.95; add a side salad or soup for just $5 more. Southern hospitality included free of charge.
