Join Fork Restaurant on Thursday, June 13, for a spectacular dinner collaboration with Rohan Anderson! Chef Eli Kulp of Fork will be preparing a meal inspired by Anderson’s blog and new book, Whole Larder Love.
Living entirely off the land with his family in rural Australia, Rohan documents their DIY adventures, favorite tips, techniques and experiences in growing, gathering, hunting and cooking on the blog and in his book. Chef Eli’s menu will be based on the sections of the book—foraged, fished, in the pen, hunted and grown—and will highlight Philly’s local farmers. A cocktail pairing accompanying the menu will feature Art in the Age spirits.
Cost for the meal, which begins at 7:30 p.m., is $80 per guest (including cocktails). Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your seat early! For reservations, call (215) 625-9425.
