Madame Fromage, the go-to expert on all things cheese in the area, is hosting Cheese Ball II, an event to raise funds for Chester County’s own Birchrun Hills Farm.
If you’ve had a cheese plate at a local restaurant, you’ve probably tried Birchrun Hills Farm’s delicious Birchrun Blue, Fat Cat, Red Cat or Equinox cheeses. In order to increase their ability to make more of their incredible products, the Miller family of Birchrun Hill Farms needs to expand and build. Madame Fromage is helping them kick off their fundraising with a repeat of a popular event that was originally held in 2012.
