Morimoto’s following is about to grow even more, now that word is out that the uber-popular restaurant is offering small batch ice cream and sorbet. Sold by the pint and available to take home after a meal at Morimoto, the frosty confections will come in 30 different flavors, to be introduced periodically over the next few months.
Thomas McCarthy, Morimoto’s pastry chef, has developed a number of unconventional flavors, including Salted Caramel with Black Licorice, Popcorn, Ube Bee Baby and more. Tough decisions ahead!
