Philly’s Oyster House has a lot to celebrate. With their five year anniversary coming up, they want to share their success with a celebration and fundraiser all in one.
The Oh Shucks! fundraiser on Sun., June 8 will feature oysters and clams galore, and all for a great cause. The event is being held to benefit Fair Food, a Philadelphia-area non-profit organization which connects local family farms with the marketplace in Philadelphia.
At the event, seafood lovers can enjoy oysters and clams offered by six growers including Brian Harman (Cape May Salts), Betsy Haskin (Betsy’s Cape Shore Salts), Richard and Stephanie Cash, Devon Shoemaker and Mark DeSorbo (Dias Creek Oyster Company), Matty Greg (Forty North Oysters), Gustavo and Lisa Calvo (Sweet Amalia) and Gef Flimlin (Heritage Shellfish).
Beer and wine pairings will go perfectly with the oysters and clams. Live entertainment by the Rockafillys will keep the party going as well.
Tickets for this event are $55 per person (until May 26) and then, $65 per person thereafter. Tickets can be purchased here.
