Executive Chef Mitch Prensky of Supper restaurant is taking his pop-up biscuit concept, Scratch Biscuits, on the road! Look for Chef Prensky’s down-home goodness at the Mann Center all summer long, with the first appearance during the Phish shows on July 8 and 9. Prensky is cooking up a special biscuit menu inspired by the jam band. The lineup includes:
The Fuego Biscuit
Jerk spiced seitan, mango habanero sauce, red bean spread & jalapeno cabbage slaw (vegetarian)
The Mexican Cousin
Braised chicken tinga, pineapple-tomatillo salsa, queso fresco & cilantro
The Farmhouse Biscuit
Pickled green tomato, pimento cheese & corn relish (vegetarian)
In addition, Prensky will be cooking up Scratch Biscuits at Garage on July 10, 19 and 25. So get out there and get your biscuit fix!
