Female chefs from Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs are coming together for one night only to cook for a cause—Women Against Abuse.
Dish it Up is an annual, female-focused fundraiser that features an impressive collection of female chefs and restaurateurs, each of which will go head-to-head in a creative cooking battle. The event unfolds on March 27, from 5:30–8:00 p.m. at WHYY Studios located at 150 N. 6th St. in Philadelphia.
This week, over on Main Line Today’s Main Course, PA Eats‘s Editor-in-Chief, Amy Strauss, tells us about the participating chefs as well as the talented women who are receiving the Women of the Year award.
