Wyebrook Farm just held their very first Bluegrass Festival and everyone agrees that it was a huge success! It was so successful, that Wyebrook will now be hosting weekly performers with a heavy bluegrass feel in the courtyard at the Farm on Saturdays from 12–3 p.m. For a full schedule, visit their website.
Summer Cafe
Now that the warmer weather has finally arrived, Wyebrook’s popular Summer Cafe is open and moving back outside to the courtyard. The Summer Cafe is open Friday and Saturday, from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. The menu features such favorites as smoked pulled pork, street-style tacos and the delicious Wyebrook burger. On Sundays, a brunch menu is served from 11 a.m.–3 p.m., including Wyebrook omelet, bacon date pancakes, artisan cheese plate and so much more.
Friday Night Dinners
Join Wyebrook on Friday nights starting at 7 p.m. for dinner featuring a specially designed menu of fresh, local ingredients. There is one seating only and reservations are required via email. The dinner is $30 per person and changes weekly.
On May 2, the menu includes Baby Romaine Salad with Guanciale, Pickled Red Onion, Heirloom Apple, Blue Cheese, Honey Ramp Dressing and Pork Schnitzel with Sweet Pea Spaetzle, Pickled Beet Puree, Woodland Jewel Mushrooms, Pancetta. Save room for dessert because you won’t want to miss the Bacon German Chocolate Cake.
Wyebrook Farm is BYOB, so grab your favorite bottle of wine or some craft beers and make a night of it.
