Pastry chef Jessica Nolen of Brauhaus Schmitz and Whetstone Tavern is opening up her own eatery, The Little Bird Bakery and Cafe, on November 16.
The new spot will feature a wide array of decadent pastries, desserts and much more. Some of the items you’ll find at The Little Bird Bakery and Cafe will include pumpkin cheesecake, caramel-pretzel bread pudding, Bavarian soft pretzels and a variety of breads and breakfast treats. Looking to bring a dessert to Thanksgiving dinner? Pre-order some goodies to take with you, such as cheesecake, caramel bread pudding and a hazelnut mousse torte.
Get ready to scoop up fabulous sweet treats when The Little Bird Bakery and Cafe opens its doors on November 16. Hours of operation are set for 7 a.m.–6 p.m., Monday–Saturday.
