Hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year? If so, Venice Island’s Thanksgiving Pop-Up Market will be the place to shop on Monday, November 23!
The Pretzel Park Farmers Market at Venice Island Recreation Center will be the location for this festive and helpful pop-up market from 4:30–7:30 p.m., just in time for the holiday. You can place your turkey order on the Livengood Family Farm website ahead of time and then arrange to pick it up at the pop-up market on November 23 (just specify “MRFC” as pickup location). For those who order and buy their turkeys from Livengood Family Farm, the Thanksgiving Pop-Up Market organizers are requesting an additional $2 donation to help with the cost of setting up this handy Thanksgiving week market.
In addition to picking up your turkey and other Thanksgiving goodies, you can also bring a nonperishable food item to donate to Philabundance to help put food on the tables of those in need in the Philadelphia area this holiday season.
