The La Cucina tour is a one-week immersion tour in a specific region in Italy. Participants can choose either the Tuscany tour, which takes place June 12–18, 2017, or the Puglia tour, which unfolds July 3–9, 2017. From a cheesemaking lesson at a goat farm and professional olive oil tasting in Tuscany to a make-your-own focaccia seminar and cheesemaker’s experience in Puglia, these exciting tours feature many culinary aspects as well as other thrilling Italian activities.
The inclusive tours include transfers, lodging, meals, excursions, cooking classes and transportation—basically everything except airfare! The cost is $3,750 per person (double occupancy) for the Tuscan tour and $3,200 per person (double occupancy) for the Puglia tour.
