In 2013, Eagles tight end Brent Celek and longtime friend chef Hee Chang joined together to open Prime Stache in Old City. The duo also operated a sausage and hot dog stand at Keenan’s in North Wildwood, New Jersey.
Now, Celek, Chang and Scott Keenan of Keenan’s have signed a lease to take over the restaurant location at 220 S. Broad St. that formerly housed Bliss. The new bar and restaurant, named bop (stylized in lowercase), will serve Korean-inspired small plates. The group plans to open in April.
Stay tuned to PA Eats for more details! For now, check in with Prime Stache on Facebook for more details until bop launches its website and social media pages.
