Future Westin Nashville Names Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef

The forthcoming highly anticipated new hotel, the Westin Nashville, recently announced the appointment of two new team members: executive chef Jacob Strang and executive sous chef Mark Vuchovich. Together, these chefs bring with them a combined 30 years’ experience.

The duo will join forces to spearhead The Westin Nashville’s two planned dining destinations: the city’s highest rooftop bar, L27, and classic American eatery Decker & Dyer.

“We are delighted to welcome Executive Chef Jacob Strang and Sous Chef Mark Vuchovich to our team at The Westin Nashville,” said GM Ray Waters. “Their unique blend of culinary styles combined with an unparalleled knowledge of the city’s dining scene will perfectly complement our mission of connecting guests to the local community and highlighting Nashville’s originality.”
