Manbel Devco, a Lancaster County-based real estate development company, recently announced that they have purchased 95 acres of land at the southeast corner of U.S. Route 30 and Fruitville Pike in Manheim Township, Lancaster County, from the Belmont Farm Family Partnership and have broken ground on Belmont, a high-quality, unique, mixed-use development featuring retail shops, restaurants and housing.
The Shoppes at Belmont will be a 365,000-square-foot shopping center with approximately 30 retail stores and restaurants. Highlights of the food options committed to the development include P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Chick-fil-A, MOD Pizza, Zoe’s Kitchen, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Starbucks. There will also be a Whole Foods Market in the shopping center.
Estimated opening of The Shoppes at Belmont will be in 2018.
