WiLDWiCH food truck owner Mike Stanley began his humble operation in July 2014 with the promise of scratch-made food and quick service. His food truck has garnered enough of a following that WiLDWiCH will be officially opening a freestanding cafe on Wednesday, January 27. Hours on opening day will be from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. The cafe will operate on this schedule until Friday, February 12. On the following Monday, February 15, the restaurant will be open from 7 a.m.–4 p.m., with breakfast served until 11 a.m.
Most of the winter has been spent getting the new cafe set up, but Stanley said the food truck will be back on the road by March. The WiLDWiCH menu includes hot and cold sandwiches, fresh salads and soups. Check out the full menu to see the wacky, enticing sandwich combinations.
