On Thursday, September 15, Nectar chef Patrick Feury will team up with friend and brewmaster Bill Covaleski of Victory Brewing Company to host a multi-course dinner paired with Victory beer. The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a reception of hors d’oeuvres and a beer toast. Nectar chefs Mimi Escobar and Wendy Ipinia along with pastry chef Julie Waters will join executive chef Feury in the kitchen. Check out the full menu below:
