To fete its second year in business, local spirits artisan Bluebird Distilling is throwing an anniversary bash on Sunday, June 25, from noon until 6 p.m. at the distillery’s facility in downtown Phoenixville. To accommodate guests, the Bluebird crew is closing its parking lot, meaning the party will be going down both inside and outside the building.
Bluebird’s party plans include free tastings from its entire line of spirits; sunny sips from an outdoor rum bar; corn hole and other lawn games; savory bites from the KaChi Korean Food Truck, Uncle B’s BBQ and other local restaurants; live music; and special cocktails.

To kick the celebration up yet another notch, Bluebird will be doing a limited release of its first-ever single malt, which has been two years in the making. This product is not yet available in stores or other bars and restaurants, so guests at the party will be among the first to taste it.
