Levante Brewing Company to Open Beer Garden in Chester Springs

Big news is brewing at Levante Brewing Company: The well-regarded brewery is about to celebrate two years in the beer business and recently announced on Facebook that it will be opening a second outpost in Chester Springs.

Levante is hard at work renovating an 1840s farmhouse at Park Road and Pottstown Pike (Route 100) and hopes to be ready for business prior to Upper Uwchlan’s Annual Block Party on June 17. Levante has partnered with West Chester’s Split Rail Tavern to open the new satellite venture. Split Rail designed the bar, selected the PA-only wine list and cocktail menu, is assisting with staffing and is providing additional hospitality advice. Food will be provided from a rotating list of food trucks.

Tim Floros, owner and head brewer, shares, “Levante at the Stables is an 1840 farmhouse/stable where we’ve preserved the rawness of the original stable and simply built a 32-tap bar around it. We’ll be serving not only our own beers, but PA wines and some mixed PA cocktails as well.” Eric Santostefano, founder, brewer and president, continues, “There will be food trucks, close to 2 acres of outdoor seating and lounging and a chill atmosphere to greet you. Much love from all of us at Levante, we’ll see you soon!”

For now, Levante at the Stables is planning to be open through the summer, although it is possible that the satellite may remain open year-round.
