Meduseld Meadery

Meduseld Meadery is in its final stages of preparation before opening a tasting room at 252 Harrisburg Pike. William Wrede, a former home brewer, is the mead maker. Meduseld Meadery produces hand-crafted small-batch mead made from select local honey varieties and other choice farm-to-table ingredients. Copper Cup Coffee

On April 3, look for a second Copper Cup Coffee to open in the former Northwest Savings Bank building at 922 Columbia Avenue. The original Copper Cup Coffee is located in Lititz. The new location will be approximately 2000 square feet and will seat about 30 patrons. There will also be a convenient drive-thru. The drink menu will be similar to the original location and will offer coffee, lattes, cappuccino, teas and cold brew bottles. The small food menu includes egg sandwiches, tomato pie, bagels, muffins, cookies, carrot fries and several gluten-free options.

Callaloo Trinidadian Kitchen

In May, Callaloo Trinidadian Kitchen will open at 351 N. Mulberry Street. The restaurant is owned by Amos and Amanda Kinert. Amanda Kinert grew up in the restuarant industry and her family has owned several Trinidadian-inspired eateries over the last 35 years. Amos Kinert, who has had stints cooking at Checkers Bistro, The Loft and The Pressroom, will act as chef.

Stoll & Wolfe Distillery

Nearby in Lititz, Stoll & Wolfe Distillery has begun construction with a late May target date for opening its tasting room at 35 N. Cedar Street. Erik and Avianna Wolfe have partnered with Richard and Elaine Stoll to create the spirits. Stoll & Wolfe has already bottled some whiskeys that are available via PA Fine Wine & Good Spirits. The tasting room will serve Stoll & Wolfe whiskey and apple brandy as well as craft cocktails. Additionally, there are plans to offer Pennsylvania wines, craft beers and a light snack menu. Follow along on Facebook for information about the opening in May.
