Now Open in Easton: The Pub at Seipsville

Pub at Seipsville

The historic building that houses Seipsville Inn has been around since the 18th century and has had a variety of uses throughout the years. Now a new addition to the spot is drawing in guests from near and far. The Pub at Seipsville offers a celebrity chef-inspired menu, stellar beverage choices and an overall ambiance you won’t find elsewhere.

The Pub at Seipsville is the newest addition to the existing inn and private event facility, which opened this month and celebrated with a special VIP party featuring celebrity chef Brian Duffy of Bar Rescue fame. The owners of The Pub at Seipsville are brothers Peter, Dero, Louis and Dino Pettinelli, who own and operate the rest of the facility as well.

The Pub seats 62 guests and offers both hi-top and low-top seating, an 8-seat bar with a welcoming vibe and historic charm featuring exposed wood beams and lovely stone walls.

The Pub fare menu is laden with filling options, such as buffalo wings, a charcuterie and cheese plate, pulled pork sandwiches, burgers, chicken cutlet sandwiches, Italian dishes and other comfort food offerings. For those seeking a lighter meal, salads and less-hefty appetizers make the menu, too. As for beverages, eight brews will be offered on tap in addition to a variety of wine and cocktails. Some of the beer offerings currently on draft include Shock Top Belgian White, Southern Tier IPA and Jack’s Abby House Lager, to name a few.

The Pub at Seipsville is open Wednesday and Thursday from 4–10 p.m., Friday from 4–11 p.m., Saturday from noon–11 p.m. and Sunday from noon–6 p.m.
