Tria Cafe Wash West Starts Weekend Brunch Service (Dec. 30)

End 2017 on a high note by indulging in Tria Cafe Wash West’s tempting new brunch menu! Beginning on Saturday, December 30, at 11 a.m., enjoy a midday meal that perfectly complements this charming cafe’s famed wine, cheese and beer selection. Brunch dishes will range in price from $7 to $15.

The popular Midtown Village spot will offer brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, from 11 a.m.–3 p.m., and will also feature its new brunch items on New Year’s Day, Monday, January 1, from noon–3 p.m.

“We love seeing our friends and neighbors in Midtown Village for lunch on weekends, especially during our weekly Sunday School feature, and offering brunch dishes seemed like a wonderful new way to welcome them,” says owner Jon Myerow. “Our brunch menu includes Tria twists on classic breakfast dishes, using top-notch ingredients, and is a fun and delicious new reason for friends to stop by on the weekend.”

Brunch dishes will include simple-but-sophisticated dishes, much like the other tasty bites you’ve come to expect from Tria’s menu of panini and salads, such as:

Breakfast Panino

Lancaster eggs, Vermont cheddar, wild mushrooms, tomato and thyme

Panino Fiorentino

Lancaster eggs, spicy ‘nduja sausage, garlic spinach and hollandaise

Eggs in Purgatory

Baked eggs with spicy tomato sauce, crispy prosciutto and Pecorino Pepato

Frangelico “Italian Toast”

Banana, caramel, honey mascarpone and Nutella

Caviar and Cured Salmon Toast

Crème fraîche, egg, capers, cucumber, dill and pumpernickel

Pequea Valley Farm Yogurt Parfait

  • Frico Mimosa: Fresh-squeezed orange juice with a can of crisp Prosecco.
  • Cranberry Champagne Cocktail: Sparkling wine with a cranberry bitters-soaked sugar cube and a lemon twist.
  • Real Kir Royale: Sparkling wine with Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne and fresh raspberries.

Brunch is also offered across town at Tria Taproom, with a distinct and equally craveable menu, during the same hours of 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
