Coming Soon to West Chester: Highland Orchards and Side Bar Spring Fling Beer Garden (May 19)

West Chester will soon be getting another fun place to drink beer outdoors this spring: a pop-up Spring Fling Beer Garden at Highland Orchards! This community-favorite spot is teaming up with Side Bar & Restaurant for a family-friendly day of fun in the sun on Saturday, May 19, from 11 a.m.–4 p.m.

This event costs $5 per car, to benefit the West Bradford Volunteer Fire Co., and will feature local craft brews, including beers, ciders and wine on a pay-as-you-go basis. Some of our favorite locals will be there, including:

  • Neshaminy Creek Brewing
  • Root Down Brewing
  • Levante Brewing
  • Big Hill Ciderworks
  • Wrong Crowd Brewing
  • Wayvine Winery

Additionally, Highland Orchards will host an artisanal craft fair and food trucks, and the newly renovated Farm Market and Bakery will be open from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. for all your produce and snack needs! Farm tours and hayrides will also be available throughout the event.

Please note: The Spring Fling is a rain-or-shine event, unless there is severe weather in the forecast. In that case, it will be rescheduled to Sunday, May 20.
