- 1 cup fresh or frozen and thawed blueberries
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
- Combine blueberries, sugar and lemon juice in a medium sauce pan set over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until berries break down and sauce thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Serve warm.
