Ingredients
- 2 ounces Port-Style Pennsylvania Wine
- 3 ounces cherry juice
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice, about 2 tablespoons
- 8 ounces chilled Sparkling Pennsylvania Wine, about 1 cup
- Brandied cherries, for garnish, optional
Method
- Combine Port, cherry juice and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain mixture into 2 chilled flute or coupe glasses.
- Top each glass with 4 ounces of sparkling wine. Garnish with a cherry, and serve.
