Easy, peachy delicious! These kid-approved peach parfaits require just three ingredients and make for a delicious (and healthy!) breakfast, after school snack or dessert.
No knifes or special equipment is needed. Kids layer sliced, canned peaches with yogurt and then granola or crushed rice cakes for crunch. Swap out peaches for canned pears, pineapple or fruit cocktail if you wish!

Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
- 1 (15-ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
- 1 cup gluten-free granola or crushed rice cakes
Method
- Spoon a few tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of 2 small glasses or jars.
- Add a layer of sliced peaches and top with a sprinkling of granola. Repeat, until cups are full, finishing with a layer of granola.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 10 minutes to let flavors meld.
