One-Mug Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts or almonds
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Method

  1. Combine blueberries, sugar and cinnamon (if using) in a microwave-safe mug.
  2. Combine oats, walnuts or almonds and brown sugar in a separate small bowl, and sprinkle evenly over blueberries.
  3. Microwave on high until blueberries are bubbly and topping is warm, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
