Two iconic summer sippers come together in this delightfully refreshing Pennsylvania wine cocktail. Rosé, with its pretty pink hues and red fruit notes, meets the sweet-tartness of lemonade in this rosé lemonade fizz.
Use local honey in place of sugar to sweeten the lemon juice, and top the cocktail with club soda for invigorating effervescence. Try a drier rosé to contrast with the sweet fruitiness of the other ingredients, or a sweet rosé for a more dessert-like libation. A sprig of thyme adds a final herbaceous flourish.
