In this kid-approved, kid-friendly recipe, your young ones can make a special frozen dessert all by themselves. They may not care that it’s full of protein, potassium, calcium and vitamin D, but they’ll love the fruity sweetness of these pops.
For extra flavor and sweetness, add in a handful of berries or a few spoonfuls of fruit jam!

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup whole milk, or non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt, plain or flavored
Method
- Mash the banana in a medium bowl until mostly smooth.
- Stir in the milk and yogurt until well-combined.
- Transfer mixture into freezer pop molds or spoon into ice cube trays.
- Insert sticks if using molds, or cover the tray with foil and poke sticks through for cubes.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until fully solid.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds to release.
