Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves, or 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon agave or honey
  • Club soda, or sparkling water, for topping off

Method

  1. Muddle watermelon, basil and agave together in a large glass. Fill the glass halfway with ice. Top off with club soda, and enjoy.
