Capture the spirit of a summer sunset with this zesty riff on the classic tequila-based Paloma cocktail. Our version starts with with smooth sugarcane rum, and then adds blush wine and a knockout combo of grapefruit cordial and fresh citrus juice.
Makes 1 cocktail
- 1 oz. Bluebird Distilling Sugarcane Rum
- .75 oz. Chaddsford Sunset Blush
- 1 oz. grapefruit cordial
- .75 oz. lime juice
- grapefruit peel, for garnish
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Express a slice of grapefruit peel over the drink and include as a garnish.
