Oh, Honey! Terrain is Buzzing with Events and Sweet Treats for the Home

Terrain of Glen Mills, an eye-catching shop celebrating all things nature—as styled by the same gang as Urban Outfitters, recently buzzed about their store’s most-notable stock and events.

This Saturday, August 27th, is their first annual celebration of local honey and cheese, alongside craft brews and late summer harvest favorites. Join in the fun to sample the best from local breweries while enjoying a full afternoon of activities centered around sweet honey and Chester County cheeses. Then, end the day with their chef’s special summer menu at Styer’s Garden Café.

The festival is free, though space is limited. CLICK HERE to reserve your space (by clicking on the RSVP button and filling out your information.)

While you’re at the event fill your pantry, your library or your kitchen table with Terrain’s tantalizing honey-themed inventory.  They have added some sweet items to their inventory and you can check it out here. For example, help save the shrinking bee population by learning the how-tos of beekeeping from one of their practical books lining the shelves (we’re eyeing up the Beekeeper’s Bible), all while sampling from their supply of one-of-a-kind local PA chunk honey for inspiration.

For the full buzz-worthy roundup, visit Terrain online at shopterrain.com or in person at  914 Baltimore Pike in Glen Mills. Terrain’s Garden Cafe supports local and has an ever-expending list of local growers and farmers that partner with the business (full list here).
