Oh, man.  By now, I’m sure you’re pretty hungover.  The entire city probably is.  Why not curb the pain a little with a hair-of-the-dog brunch to get your stomach full and your head back on track for—you guessed it—more drinking!

TOP FIVE BEER BRUNCHES

Brew Works Pajama Jammy Jam Brunch at City Tap House

Saturday, June 4 | 11:00am – 3:00pm
Not only will you get a great brunch at City Tap House with music by DJ Femstar, and not only do you also get a Fegley’s Brew Works tap takeover, but you also get to roll right out of bed and show up in your pajamas. What could be better—and more convenient—than that, especially after the first blowout night of Beer Week?

Bacon. Beer. Brunch. at Continental Restaurant & Martini Bar

Saturday, June 4 | 10:00am – 4:00pm
Prism brewer Rob DeMaria will be on hand for this extravagant offering, which will feature plenty of specials (which will feature, of course, bacon).  Rob will be bringing Prism’s Insana Bacon Chocolate Stout, which can be enjoyed by itself or in a chocolate bacon beer float. Yes, you read that right.

Euro Cask Brunch with English Grub at The Farmer’s Cabinet

Saturday, June 4 | 11:00am – 3:00pm
If the English know how to do any food well, it’s breakfast.  But the food probably won’t be the main focus here—instead, all eyes will be on the numerous rare European firkins being tapped throughout brunch.  You may want to think about staying the entire time and instead of brunch, eating breakfast and lunch separately just to see what kind of beers they bring out!

Bang Your Nodding Head Brunch at Southwark

Sunday, June 12 | 11:00am – 3:00pm
Southwark will be teaming up with the Nodding Head crew to serve up some much needed hangover-killing food, along with plenty of Nodding Head beers—either along or mixed with something else.  Be sure to check out the Mocha Grog or the delicious-sounding Ich Bin Ein Berliner Weisse mimosa, and see what else they are able to put together for this one-of-a-kind event.

Vintage Beer Brunch at Memphis Tap Room

Sunday, June 5 | 12:00pm – 3:00pm
Be sure to get tickets early, because Memphis is raiding their cellars for the 3rd annual vintage beer brunch, bringing up all kinds of old rarities to serve alongside a five-course brunch from chef Jesse Kimball.  Tickets are $65.00 and going fast, so be sure to get to the Memphis website to order.  Each course will be paired with a different super-rare vintage beer, so you don’t want to miss out!
