Spring has sprung, and with it comes the return of Chef Andrew Deery’s demonstration series at Majolica! Demonstrations are designed to educate, inspire and empower all of us to continue cooking and learning about food.
The first demonstration, addressing flavors and flavor profiles, will be held Wednesday, April 17, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Chef Andrew originally introduced this demonstration in response to frequently asked questions about why or how the restaurant creates its incredible food combinations. Why does grilled octopus work with feta? Fennel and apples with pork? Chocolate with hot peppers? Learn how to recognize “flavors,” combine them and understand why it all tastes so good.
Check here for availability, to register and to follow new class offerings. Seating is limited to 18 guests, so don’t delay!
What else is happening at Majolica? Starting on April 24, the restaurant will introduce a series of monthly tasting dinners based on local and seasonal foods. Stay tuned to Phoenixville Dish for more details.
Majolica is located at 258 Bridge Street, in Phoenixville; phone: (610) 917-0962.
