I’m SURE it’s already marked in red on your calendar but, in case it isn’t, The West Chester Rotary Chili Cook-off is slated for THIS SUNDAY, October 5th, from noon to 4 p.m. on Gay, Church and Darlington streets in West Chester.
Yours truly will be a judge for the event and WC Dish and WCOJ 1420am will have a booth in the middle of all the action.
Divisions include business, restaurant, nonprofit organization, volunteer organization and hometown cooks. Each team will prepare their best chili and submit a sample to a panel of local celebrity judges who pick the best in each category, while fans sampling chili can vote for the People’s Choice winner.
Adults can purchase an all-you-can-eat chili wristband for $10; children 10 and under eat free when accompanied by a paying adult.
